Volunteer Positions:
WAREHOUSE PACKING BOXES VOLUNTEER
Description:
Our warehouse volunteers are a critical part of the Prison Alliance mission. When you volunteer on the warehouse team, you will help prepare books and Bibles to be mailed out to prisons all over the world.
The Win:
Help get Bibles, books, and our Bible studies into the hands of inmates all around the world.
Time Investment: 5-10 hrs per week
Location: Onsite
Role Responsibilities:
Print Insert letters
Build boxes
Pack boxes (Only if approved by Warehouse Manager)
Print Shipping labels (Use Endicia for all “PO Box” addresses and FedEx for everything else)
Stage FedEx boxes on pallet for FedEx pick-up every Tuesday
Stage USPS boxes on table near back door for DAILY pick-up
Role Requirements:
Attend training and orientation
Be available to come to our warehouse during the weekday
FRONT DESK VOLUNTEER
Description:
Giving your time to Christian service opportunities is an excellent way to start making an impact in the kingdom. We depend on volunteers like you to help with the hands-on tasks of our prison ministry.
The Win:
When you use your time to serve at Prison Alliance, you can see the impact you are making right in front of you. Through volunteering on our In Office team, you will help advance the mission of Prison Alliance to make disciples worldwide.
Time Investment: Monday-Friday (flexible on day & time)
Location: Onsite
Volunteer Role Responsibilities:
Answering phones
Greeting volunteers and guests
Receiving packages and book deliveries
Assisting with various office tasks
