By sponsoring an Inmate, you are directly connecting them with our Bible Study Program. In this program every inmate is discipled by a caring volunteer who reviews their Bible study lessons and provides encouragement.

Sponsor Chaplain

Our Chaplains are going directly into the prison systems to share the gospel with inmates across the globe. Your financial impact provides chaplains with boxes of Bibles and Christian books for their facilities.

God’s heart is for the nations and He's connected us with local allies who align with our vision to evangelize and disciple inmates in new countries such as Nigeria, Tanzania, Philippines, Peru, Argentina and Puerto Rico.

Our Program

For twenty-five years, CLI Prison Alliance has been making disciples behind bars by reaching the lost and equipping believers. We lead inmates to Christ by distributing Bibles, Christian books, and evangelistic tracts. Then we disciple inmates and equip them to become disciple-makers through our correspondence-based Bible studies.

Once an inmate completes our first two studies, we then coach them to lead their own Bible study groups with other inmates. They are equipped to use the same “Who is God” study that they used themselves in order to show others the truth about God. Hundreds of volunteers have reviewed lessons with CLI over the years, and they have repeatedly told us how much they have personally grown as they have mentored these inmates from afar.
